ArenaPluz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ArenaPluz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ArenaPluz ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the ArenaPluz platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

ArenaPluz is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The platform offers sports betting, MMA betting, card games including Tongits and Pusoy Dos, poker, and live dealer games. All services are provided in Philippine peso (₱PHP).

These Terms should be read alongside the ArenaPluz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and ArenaPluz.

To register and maintain an active account at ArenaPluz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ArenaPluz does not accept players below this age under any circumstances. If at any point it is determined that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately closed and all funds reviewed under applicable minor gaming protection procedures.
• You must be a natural person – corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not hold ArenaPluz player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information – including name, date of birth, contact details, or payment information – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
• You must not be excluded from gaming under any self-exclusion request previously submitted to ArenaPluz or under any applicable regulatory exclusion order.
• You must be accessing ArenaPluz from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted for you personally. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of ArenaPluz complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close associate of ArenaPluz or any affiliated entity. Employees of game suppliers or platform service providers are also ineligible to hold player accounts.

ArenaPluz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be limited until verification is satisfactorily completed. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one ArenaPluz account only. ArenaPluz uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts across device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and identity documents. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ArenaPluz will close the duplicates, merge balances at its discretion, and cancel any bonus funds associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ArenaPluz login credentials. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your account details with any third party. ArenaPluz will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to protect their credentials.

ArenaPluz accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts. ArenaPluz will notify the account holder via email before any fee is deducted. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ArenaPluz support. Any pending bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled upon voluntary account closure. Balances that meet the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's verified payment method.

All deposits to ArenaPluz are processed in Philippine peso (₱PHP). ArenaPluz does not charge a fee for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The following payment channels are currently accepted:

ArenaPluz only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the same name as the ArenaPluz account. Deposits from third-party accounts – including accounts held by family members – will be returned and may trigger a compliance review. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

ArenaPluz processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted.
• ArenaPluz reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above a threshold determined by compliance procedures.
• Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real money component of a balance is withdrawable at any time pending completion of any applicable wagering requirements.
• ArenaPluz does not charge a withdrawal fee on the platform side. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider or bank.
• Where ArenaPluz suspects a withdrawal is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the withdrawal may be held pending investigation. ArenaPluz will notify the player of any delay where permitted by applicable law.

ArenaPluz offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the promotion page before the player opts in. The general rules below apply to all ArenaPluz bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion. For example, a 5× rollover on a ₱500 bonus requires ₱2,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is listed on the specific promotion page. Sports bets, live dealer games, and card games may contribute at different rates.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits have an expiry date stated on the promotion. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active deposit bonus at a time. Claiming a new deposit bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited along with any associated pending winnings.
• Abuse detection: ArenaPluz monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including risk-free hedging strategies, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. ArenaPluz reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where abuse is confirmed.
• No entitlement: Bonuses are offered at ArenaPluz's discretion. Eligibility for any promotion may be removed without prior notice where a player has a history of Terms violations.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and game play at ArenaPluz. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Once a bet is confirmed at ArenaPluz, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where a cash-out option is available and the player chooses to exercise it before the applicable market closes.
• ArenaPluz reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including pricing errors, data feed errors, or clerical mistakes. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's balance.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed before play commences, all single bets are voided and stakes returned. For parlay bets, the void leg is removed and the parlay recalculated at the remaining legs' combined odds.
• Minimum bet amount at ArenaPluz is ₱50 for most markets. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market type and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• ArenaPluz uses official results from relevant governing bodies to settle all bets. Media reports, team announcements, or unofficial sources do not constitute official results for settlement purposes.
• ArenaPluz card game and poker results are determined by the outcome of gameplay using certified random number generators. ArenaPluz does not guarantee any return on money wagered in skill-based games.

ArenaPluz maintains a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated software or bots to play games, place bets, or perform any action on the ArenaPluz platform that would normally be carried out by a human player.
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in card games or poker, including chip dumping, signalling, and coordinated play.
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities or errors in games. Any bug that results in unexpected behaviour must be reported to ArenaPluz support. Deliberate exploitation of known bugs will be treated as cheating.
• Use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent withdrawal limits, or abuse any other feature that is designed to be used once per player.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the ArenaPluz platform to disguise the origin of funds. ArenaPluz complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Sharing or selling account access to other individuals, whether for compensation or otherwise.

ArenaPluz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your ArenaPluz account data – including gaming history, transaction records, and identity verification documents – may be accessed by ArenaPluz staff for the purposes of account management, compliance reviews, and dispute resolution. ArenaPluz will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

ArenaPluz may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or payment processors where required by law or as necessary to prevent fraud and ensure platform security.

ArenaPluz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an entertaining activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered ArenaPluz players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased until a waiting period has elapsed.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a set duration. Reminders do not force logout but are designed to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Apply for a longer-term self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. ArenaPluz will close your account and prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Contact support to initiate a self-exclusion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArenaPluz's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform – whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal basis – shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

ArenaPluz is not liable for losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages beyond ArenaPluz's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment provider systems.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• The player's decision to place any particular bet or engage in any particular game – gaming decisions are made solely at the player's discretion.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

ArenaPluz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ArenaPluz will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of ArenaPluz following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the effective date of the change without penalty, subject to any pending wagering requirements.
